Stethoscope. Dubbed as one of the most recognizable medical equipment of all time, stethoscopes are used to listen to heart beat, movement of the lungs and even the smoothness of blood flow in the arteries and veins. The simplicity of this equipment is relevant in the preliminary assessment by doctors.
